What we offer

Live, interactive English lessons online (Zoom), in groups or one-to-one (VIP), with session recordings and PDF files where the plan includes them. Everything is delivered online. Nothing is shipped or delivered physically.

Joining and booking

You join by contacting us on WhatsApp or by paying through the links shown on the website. We may assess your level before sessions begin so we can choose the right path. Session times are arranged as agreed with you.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR). Any tax that applies is shown before you pay.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as mada, credit cards and Apple Pay, and instalment options where available.
• Payments go through licensed payment providers. We do not keep your card numbers.
• If you use an instalment service (such as Tabby or Tamara), that company's terms also apply.
• Your enrolment starts once payment is confirmed.

Refunds and cancellation

The following refund and cancellation policy applies (it is also available on its own page):

You can ask to cancel or get a refund by sending us a message on WhatsApp.

• If you cancel before your first session, you get a full refund.
• Once sessions have started, sessions you already attended are not refunded. We look at requests for the remaining sessions case by case.
• If we cancel or move a session, you can choose a replacement session or a refund for it.
• To move a session, tell us at least 24 hours before it starts. A session you miss without telling us is not replaced or refunded.
• An approved refund goes back to the same payment method. How long it takes to show depends on your bank: usually 1 to 3 working days for mada cards, and up to 14 working days for credit cards.
• If you paid through Tabby or Tamara, the refund follows that company's process.

Attending sessions and conduct

• Your session link is personal. Please do not share it.
• We expect respect towards the teacher and other learners, and we may remove anyone who is abusive.
• Sessions must not be recorded or shared without written permission.

Intellectual property

The website content, learning materials, recordings and logo belong to us or are licensed to us. You may use them for your own learning only. You may not copy, sell or republish them.

Learning results

Results depend on your effort and regular attendance. We do not guarantee a specific score in an exam (such as IELTS or STEP) or a specific level within a set time.

Limits of our responsibility

We do our best to hold sessions on time, but we are not responsible for interruptions outside our control such as weak internet or Zoom outages, and we will offer a replacement session where possible. In every case our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy published on this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are published on the website.
